My Trombone
The trombone has been a central part of my musical journey, offering a unique voice that bridges classical and contemporary music. With its distinctive slide mechanism, the trombone allows for expressive glissandos and smooth transitions that no other brass instrument can match. I enjoy exploring the full range of the instrument, from powerful orchestral passages to smooth jazz solos, constantly working on technique, tone quality, and musical expression.
Playing the trombone has taught me the importance of breath control, embouchure development, and musical phrasing. Whether performing in ensembles or solo work, the trombone's versatility continues to inspire my musical creativity and growth.
Composition & Production
I study composition at the Victoria Conservatory of Music (VCM), where I've been developing my skills in music theory, arranging, and electronic production. Alongside traditional composition techniques, I produce and arrange tracks in Ableton Live, using its session view, MIDI sequencing, and audio effects to bring my compositions to life.
